My name is Sigita and SigitaThai Yoga Massage journey started in 2013:
I have taken practitioner Thai Yoga Massage course with Ralf Marzen, founder and director of Mudita School of Thai Yoga Massage in 2013.
After 12 months of studying and practising, I decided to go to Thailand and do an advanced practitioner course with him. I absolutely loved the dynamic approach and freedom of action it brought. I began to see Thai Yoga Massage as a graceful dance between giver and receiver.
I am also a yoga practitioner with' Yoga in Daily Life (YIDL)' school. YIDL is a holistic system of health, encompassing the science of body, mind, consciousness and soul. It has been developed and offered to the public in the western world for over 40 years by a traditional yoga master from northern India, His Holiness Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda, respectfully known as Swamiji.
Below poem sums up what a Thai Yoga Massage means to me.
Thai Massage is a path. A path of Life.
Thai Massage is an art. An art of touch.
Thai massage is a meditation. A meditation in movement.
Thai massage is about listening. Listening with your Heart.
According to Yamaoka Tesshu 'If you don't bring your spirit into your hands, 10000 techniques will be useless.'
